Machine Building
Juan Puente
Hello and thank you for the interest in my machine seminar at the kaiserstadt 10th annual tattoo convention. This convention is where my seminars began and grateful to be invited back. During the class we will have a discussion on all topics regarding the coil tattoo machines. In over 30 years of making them I have found what works for me with different styles of tattooing. We will go over Metals, frame design, coils, geometry, troubleshooting and tuning.
After that we will assemble a machine of your choice, liner/shader and tune it to your liking. It is an informal class setting where everyone can interact and ask questions. Since I am coming from afar I need to know what type of machine each person wants (big liner, fine liner, hard shader/all around shader etc…)so I can prepare it and make sure all parts are working. The cost is 600€ and I will need the final details of what machine you would like by the end of August. Thank you and hope to see you soon.

Corporate Buyouts, Government Overreach, and the Reality of Our Trade.
Join Rue McLean on saturday for an open discussion on the changing landscape of tattooing. he will be breaking down the exploitation of our craft through private equity rollups, corporate buyouts, and government overreach—looking directly at how outside capital is taking away brand ownership and hijacking our trade from top to bottom.
This will be a fully open forum where your questions are allowed and deeply encouraged. We will also be digging into the shifting reality and changing effects on our trade due to the EU REACH act and the MoCRA bill.
